Account Manager

We are searching for a highly motivated humans to join our Accounts team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service depicting the characteristics of our brand, Traqué.   1. Job Description:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports;
  • Develop and execute business plans;
  • Consulting corporate clients on Traqué products and services, or Traqué’s partners can provide. Identify clients’ needs and find effective solutions;
  • To be an effective, smooth while working between customers and other departments in the company;
  • Briefing the ideas and requirements from customers to relevant departments (design, production, finance, coordination);
  • Following the progress of the customers’ order, take the responsibility to deliver the order on time;
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Being a brand ambassador: transferring Traqué’s spirit, communication, and brand values ​​to customers;
  1. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regular sales;
  • Actively looking for new customers (besides the assigned customer source);
  • Updating sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
  • Participate in training and coaching courses with the team;
  • Proactively plan contact and work with current and potential partners of the company;
  • Proactively propose ideas for design, business, cooperation, and operation;
  • Actively learn about trends, techniques and specialized knowledge;
  • Actively participate in activities and events related to the company’s work.
